Trainning Programs
Training programmes are the last step of the development phase of the I-MAT Project before the implementation phase. These Training sessions will be held in the LA partner HEIs. The main goal of these trainings will be to strengthen the LA HEIs’ capacity to attract students and academic and non-academic staff to mobility initiatives.

Pilot-Workshop on the first version of the guidelines – Vilnius Tech – Lithuania
The Pilot Workshop was implemented as a crucial step to ensure the quality of the project in its mission to share and create new procedures in the field of higher education internationalization, adopting an innovative approach. A set of activities was implemented which, through various approaches based on sharing knowledge and experiences among the participants, was attended by 17 people – 16 participants and one facilitator – who directly contributed to the elaboration of the First Version of the Catalogue of Tools.
3rd Project Management Meeting – Vilnius Tech – Lithuania
During the project management meeting, current deliverables were presented: project website and promotional materials, draft Catalogue of Tools of the best practices to attract students, academic and non-academic staff for International Mobility, Survey on the obstacles to students and staff international mobility in LA countries.
