responsables de la movilidad internacional y la cooperaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><strong>O2:<\/strong> Comprender mejor los desaf\u00edos que estos tres pa\u00edses est\u00e1n enfrentando para atraer estudiantes y personal acad\u00e9mico y no acad\u00e9mico a iniciativas de movilidad y su exacerbaci\u00f3n por la pandemia de COVID-19.<\/p><p><strong>O3:<\/strong> Filtrar las mejores pr\u00e1cticas\/estrategias utilizadas en las IES europeas para atraer al grupo objetivo a iniciativas de movilidad, mediante enfoques digitales e innovadores.<\/p><p><strong>O4:<\/strong> Apoyar a los pa\u00edses socios latinoamericanos en el abordaje de los desaf\u00edos que sus IES est\u00e1n enfrentando para atraer al grupo focal a iniciativas de movilidad.<\/p><p><strong>O5:<\/strong> Abordar recomendaciones concretas y buenas pr\u00e1cticas para aquellos involucrados en iniciativas de movilidad.<\/p><p><strong>O6:<\/strong> Crear e implementar un marco de formaci\u00f3n para fortalecer la capacidad de las IES latinoamericanas de atraer al grupo objetivo a iniciativas de movilidad, mediante enfoques digitales e
