Established in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, in 1956, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VILNIUS TECH) is one of the most prominent research universities in Lithuania with a focus on technologies and engineering and a strong emphasis on university-business cooperation. VILNIUS TECH is also one of the leading universities in Lithuania in the area of internationalization (i.e., number of international students, number of academic mobility, international projects).
